Customize Your Plan

  • Bill Pay We manage and pay all of your bills using bill.com or Ramp. Starts at $99 a month.
  • Payroll Administration We gather your payroll hours each period, submit them to your payroll provider, and reconcile them in QBO or Xero. Starts at $49 per pay period.
  • KPI Tool Know Your Center’s Most Important KPI Numbers, Including Cost Per Child and Break-Even Points. $99 a month.

Questions About Pricing?

How are Fees Calculated?

We offer two packages to suit your child care center's accounting needs. The price of our packages is subject to adjustment each year to cover rising labor costs, inflation, etc.

You can use our à la carte menu to customize your package as needed.

When Am I Billed?

On the first of each month, your bank account or credit card will be drafted for that month's work.

Are there additional fees?

Our fees do not include software costs including QuickBooks, Xero, BrightWheel, Bill.com, or your payroll provider. 

Is there a long-term contract?

We do require a six-month contract for all new accounts. After that, services are month-to-month.
